Think, Then Feel Happy

Here's how the human being operates. We think using the mind. Then, magically somehow, we use that thought in the brain and interpret the thought. We use that interpreted thought to feel feelings and/or imagine what we can experience this day. That's it. Simple, huh?

So, think, IMAGINE feeling happy, then, feel happy. Focus on doing this one thing today and write me and tell me what great thing you made happen for yourself today. Really. This can be one of your day's experiments.
